Privacy & Data-Handling Policy

Written to describe our actual practice plainly.

1. What the forms on this site collect

• Single application (Path A): full name, email, age, gender, who you are looking for, religious preference (optional), city/region, and anything you write about yourself.
• Married-couple form (Path B): your name, email, your spouse's name, wedding date, years married, city/region, and optional notes.
• Contact form: name, email and your message.

Each form also sends a hidden label (for example “Single Applicant”) so we know which form it came from. That is everything the website forms collect.

2. Where form data goes

• Formspree (formspree.io) receives the form submissions and forwards them to us by email. Formspree is a US-based service and acts as our processor.
• Our inbox — submissions are delivered by email to the operator and read only by the people running the project.
• Hosting — the website is hosted by Vercel.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

3. Samples, photos and other program data

The program described on this site involves a collection kit (swabs, sample vials and other samples), a portrait, a voice note, a handwriting sample and questionnaires. None of these are collected through this website. Before anything is collected, you will be told who processes it and asked for explicit consent.

• Samples and genetic data are processed by an accredited third-party laboratory, named to participants before any sample is sent.
• Samples and results are kept only as long as needed to run the service; you can ask us to delete it at any time by email (Benny.friedmann@pm.me).
• Social and music data is only used if you separately consent.

Genetic and biometric data is special-category data in many countries and is only processed with your explicit consent.

4. Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand site traffic. It loads only if you click accept on the cookie banner; if you decline, it is not loaded. The site also uses Google Fonts and the Google Translate widget, which load from Google's servers.

5. How long we keep form data

Application and contact submissions are kept only as long as needed to run the service; you can ask us to delete it at any time by email (Benny.friedmann@pm.me).

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your data-protection authority. To make a request, email Benny.friedmann@pm.me or write to us through the contact form.

7. Age

This program is for adults 18 and over.

Updates are published on this page with a new date.
